SureStay by Best Western Ontario Airport

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean. The price was better than most around here. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

They do have microwave, refrigerator, face soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, & hair dryer in the bedroom. 2 Queen size bed are comfortable , and the bedroom size is good . Complipatary breakfast 6:00-9:00AM. Juice, coffee, bagel, oatmeal, and fruit. Coffee, tea & water in the Lobby all the time. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly. But, we don't like the breakfast lady, she insisted to get the oatmeal for us, we don't want other people touch our bowel and she doesn't wear the gloves. Most of the time, when we travel, we stayed in Best Western, this is the 1st time that best Western have breakfast lady. We don't think they need the breakfast lady sit in the dining area, we don't feel comfortable to dine over there.

The front desk is so friendly. The place is very nice and quiet. There is fast food nearby the freeway. The housekeeping did not come to work on weekends. The breakfast is okay, but at least it was good. I would like to come again

We stay here every year for the past 3 years for a convention. I love the prices the staff ... they always let me request a room and I feel comfortable here. Anything we ever need they are right on it. My daughter loves the pool. Only thing I can say I would like is more comfortable chairs for by the pool my daughter never wants to get out and my legs hurt on the chairs But all in all Im happy staying with them. They treat us good

I chaperoned a school trip with over 20 high school kids. The staff was generally helpful and friendly but I want to give a special shout out to Darryl who had a big smile and wonderful demeanor. Nothing phased him. Otherwise, the 3rd floor rooms were adequate. The pool was cold but the kids still enjoyed it. There’s nothing within walking distance so it worked as a moat to keep the kids from wondering away.

Got to our room to find the door difficult to open with the key cards. There were no towels, no coffee, or cups. When I asked for shampoo I was told the were out and it wouldn’t be there for another three days. Ice machine on the ground floor was out of order. The only working one was on the 3rd floor. Continental breakfast was Meh but the oatmeal was good. We picked this place because the location was good for us. There seemed to be little interest in our comfort. Come on SureStay be better.

Came to this hotel for the Convention close by. Great pricing, great location and Darrel at the front desk was great. He helped us out with everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as good as possible.

This was my second time staying here on a solo trip for a music festival. Once in March and for Halloween. Both times my stay was comfortable easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and the service was amazing. The Tall Gentleman behind the counter in formal wear, who was there both times, although he didn't help me this time, has Great Customer Service! I was hoping he was there and he was but he had a line of people. Hes definitely a good asset to the hotel. The location is good being right off the interstate, however theres not many places with a drive thru to eat nearby. I have Family in the area so most likely I will be back, and I will definitely be back next halloween!
